<li class="">Heat butter and olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, &amp; jalapeño. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.</li>



<li class="">Add all ingredients except for the cream cheese, shredded cheese, &amp; cooked chicken (if using precooked chicken). If you have raw chicken breasts, you can add them here in this step as well.</li>



<li class="">Bring the soup to a gentle boil and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes. If you used raw chicken breasts, remove once cooked, shred, &amp; return to the soup.</li>



<li class="">Reduce heat to low. Stir in the cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, &amp; shredded cheese until melted. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!</li>

<li class="">In a large saucepan, heat up a drizzle of olive oil over medium/high heat. </li>



<li class="">Add the minced onion and garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes.</li>



<li class="">Add the rest of the ingredients for your sauce. Let it bubble up and then reduce the heat to simmer. </li>



<li class="">Allow to simmer for 30 minutes, stirring half way through.</li>



<li class="">Serve with your favorite dish or mix into 2 lbs protein of choice (like shredded chicken).</li>

<li class="">Heat the olive oil and butter in a <a href="https://amzn.to/47UsdyW" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Dutch oven</a> over medium/high heat. Add the onions, celery, carrots, salt &amp; pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic.</li>



<li class="">Add in the chicken broth and stir up all the browned bits from the bottom of the pot. Bring to a boil.</li>



<li class="">Add in your uncooked noodles. Add thyme sprigs and bay leaf. Cook until noodles are al dante.</li>



<li class="">Finally, add in the cooked chicken and simmer for 10 minutes. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with lemon wedges &amp; enjoy!</li>
