<li class="">Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Shape the mixture into 22 large meatballs, approximately 1 1/2 inches in size. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, lining it with foil and spraying both the foil and meatballs with a light coat of nonstick spray.</li>

<p class="">This recipe is so so simple but I think these pair with these meatballs so well!</p>

<li class="">3/4 large cucumber, thinly sliced (so thin that it looks almost shaved)</li>



<li class="">1/2 large red onion</li>



<li class="">1 tbsp Olive oil</li>



<li class="">2 tbsp red wine vinegar</li>



<li class="">Salt &amp; pepper to taste</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Instructions:</h3>



<p class="">Simply combine everything in a small mixing bowl and cover in the fridge for a couple of hours. I like to make the veggies a few hours before making the meatballs to allow for the flavors to marinate for a little bit.</p>

<li class="">Remove the tendons from the <a href="https://butcherbox.pxf.io/Y96rNm" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">chicken tenders</a> with a fork and pat dry. Set aside.</li>



<li class="">Add <a href="https://amzn.to/3UC22sa" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">cornflake</a>s to a resealable plastic bag, and crush them with a rolling pin. Alternately, you can add the cornflakes to a food processor and pulse.</li>



<li class="">Line up 2 shallow bowls. In one of the bowls, add the egg and splash of water. Whisk together the egg mixture until smooth. In the second bowl, add the crushed cornflakes and all of the seasonings. Stir to combine.</li>



<li class="">Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Add the <a href="https://butcherbox.pxf.io/Y96rNm" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">chicken tenders</a>, one at a time, to the egg mixture, turning to coat all sides, and then in the cornflake crumbs.</li>



<li class="">Spritz the chicken with avocado oil spray and air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Chicken tenders should be golden brown and have reached an internal temperature of 165°F. The timing can vary with different air fryers and how thick your chicken tenders are.</li>



<li class="">While chicken is cooking, warm up your hot honey over the stove or in the microwave. Drizzle chicken tenders with the hot honey to taste. Serve and enjoy!</li>

<li class="">Preheat your air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.</li>



<li class="">In the meantime, pat the wings dry with a paper towel and place them in a large mixing bowl with the spices and baking powder. Coat well.</li>



<li class="">Place wings in the air fryer (spay with olive/avocado oil) for 20 minutes at 385°F (flip half way through if your air fryer does not cook evenly on both sides).</li>



<li class="">In the meantime, make your sauce. Whisk all the sauce ingredients together except for the butter in a small saucepan over medium/low heat. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add the butter and whisk it into the sauce until it melts. Turn heat off and allow sauce to thicken.</li>



<li class="">Remove your wings from the air fryer. Toss them in the sauce in a large mixing bowl bowl. Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Immediately dig in!!</li>
