<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Instructions</h2>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li class="">Spray a large baking dish with avocado oil and set aside.</li>



<li class="">In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and everything bagel seasoning. Fold in the cottage cheese.</li>



<li class="">Layer half of the bagels, half of the bacon, and half of the Gruyère cheese in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining half.</li>



<li class="">Pour the egg mixture over the casserole and gently press the top down so everything is submerged in the liquid. Don’t worry if you see cottage cheese chunks, they’ll melt in the oven.</li>



<li class="">Cover and refrigerate overnight.</li>



<li class="">Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes covered, then 15 to 20 minutes uncovered, until golden on top and set in the middle.</li>
