					<description><![CDATA[This recipe is quick and easy to prepare and tastes great! I made it the night before it needed to be served. 
I used full room-temp, regular cream cheese, good quality parmesan cheese and  sharp cheddar that I shredded by hand. Though it tastes delicious, it&#039;s a little dry.

What are your suggestions to remedy this for the next time I make it? I thought maybe adding a little cream or using a hand-mixer to combine the ingredients could help?]]></description>
