How long did you freeze it for? And did you use a Ninja CREAMi machine? I have never had anyone have issues with this recipe and it’s one of my most popular!

Dates did not break down well in the Ninja Creamier either even doing two rounds on the mix-in setting. I would break them up and freeze them in advance.
