We did a food sensitivity test and was sensitive to everything even wheat, egg, etc. But fermented wheat was allowed and sourdough in our household began. This is the only hamburger bun recipe I found with the recipe being closest to sourdough bread minimal ingredients of just flour, water, salt, with this one being only flour, water, salt, honey. We skip the egg wash for the egg sensitivity. I double it in a big bowl. Thanks so much!
