These Cheesy Bacon Brussels Sprouts are such an easy and delicious side dish! They are simmered in a creamy sauce and topped with bacon and mozzarella cheese. Serve these Cheesy Bacon Brussels Sprouts with my lemon grilled chicken for the ultimat4e healthy, low carb meal.
Heat a large deep skillet over medium heat.
Add the bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy. Set aside and chop into small pieces. Leave leftover bacon grease in the pan.
Add the brussels sprouts, garlic and salt to your pan and cook for 10 minutes.
While Brussels sprouts cook, mix together the heavy cream, onion powder, and garlic powder.
When the brussels sprouts are done, turn off the heat and pour the heavy cream mixture over them.
Add the bacon and stir until fully incorporated. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese and place the lid on the skillet. Let the cheese melt.
Serve and enjoy!!
