Flourless Almond Butter Brownies

Enjoy these gooey Flourless Almond Butter Brownies with zero guilt! They only require 8 simple ingredients, have no added sugar, and are only 75 calories each. This is one of my most popular recipes of all time and rightfully so!

These are so rich and fudgy and melt in your mouth. No one will believe you when you tell them that there is no added sugar in these babies. You can really customize these in so many different ways by using your favorite almond butter, adding sugar free chocolate chips, nuts, etc.! You could even add some protein powder.

What You Will Need

  • Bananas - 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed. Make sure they are brown so you get the more sweetness out of them!
  • Almond Butter - 1/2 cup of smooth almond butter
  • Eggs - 2 large eggs.
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon, for flavor.
  • Cocoa Powder - I used 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder. Make sure it is unsweetened!
  • Monk Fruit/Swerve - To make these a little more sweet, I did add 2 tablespoons of sweetener. This is completely optional.
  • Baking Soda - 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda to make the brownies rise.
  • Sea Salt - Just a pinch

How To Make Them

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until there are no more lumps.
  3. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, Swerve, baking soda, and sea salt. Whisk until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour your brownie batter into your baking dish. Top with a few Lily’s sugar free dark chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes and enjoy!

  • ½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit (or sweetener of choice)
  • 2 eggs (large)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Optional Add Ins
  • dark chocolate chips
  • Walnuts (Chopped)
