Store leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can enjoy these warm or cold (I prefer warm). If you want to warm then up, just pop a piece in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

This Healthy Apple Crisp has a perfectly cooked cinnamon apple base and is topped with a crispy cinnamon oat topping! There is no added sugar and each serving is only 138 calories. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Place a large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add in the apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and granulated Swerve. Stir and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the apples start to caramelize.
In the meantime, mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Pour into your pan with the apples and stir. Immediately remove from heat.
Transfer the apple mixture to the bottom of your baking dish.
Combine the oats, brown Swerve, cinnamon, nutmeg, Greek Yogurt, and melted butter in a medium bowl.
Spread the topping evenly over the top of the apples and slightly press it down into them.
Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with some Halo Top vanilla bean ice cream and enjoy!
