Healthy No Bake Brownie Bites

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup cashew butter (organic; Can also use granola butter if nut free; Almond butter also works)
  • 140 g dates (large, organic, pitted, roughly 9)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder (organic, I used the brand Better Body Foods)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (33 grams is one scoop. I used the organic chocolate protein powder by Truvani)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (organic; 1-2 depending on your sweetness level)
  • 1/8 cup coconut sugar (organic)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (organic, dark - I like the brand Hu)
Instructions

    Like a standard sized loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.

    In a large food processor, simply add all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Pulse until you have a thick dough and all of the ingredients are fully incorporated.

    Fold in the chocolate chips with a rubber spatula.

    Press the brownie batter into your parchment lined loaf pan. Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes to set.

    Remove from the freezer and cut into bite-size pieces. You can cut them into 20-30 bites, depending on how big you want them.

    Dust with some confectioners sugar substitute for garnish if you would like. I used monk fruit. Enjoy!
