In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, oat flour, butter (or coconut oil), maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt.
Mix until a thick dough forms. Kneading with your hands works best to fully incorporate everything.
In a small bowl, stir together the strawberry preserves, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt until smooth and well combined.
Remove the dough from the freezer and place it between two sheets of parchment paper.
Roll the dough into a large rectangle about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
Spread the strawberry filling evenly over the dough.
Fold each long side of the dough inward toward the center.
Slice down the middle, then cut each long rectangle into bars. You should get about 16 bars.
