Add the cubed watermelon to your shaker and muddle until juicy and broken down.

Strain the watermelon juice into your serving glass.

Pour in the cranberry juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and agave. Stir to combine.

Top with ginger beer and give it a gentle stir. Add ice cubes, garnish with fresh mint and a lime wedge. Serve immediately and enjoy while cold and fizzy.
