I love chimichurri sauce as it is, but when you add that avocado, it makes your sauce SO much creamier. This homemade chimichurri sauce is so vibrant, fresh, and full of fresh ingredients. It only takes 5 minutes to make and requires 7 simple ingredients plus some seasonings. This is also way better than buying chimichurri from the store because you are avoiding all of those additives, gums, thickeners, preservatives, etc.! This recipe makes 1 cup of pesto.
