Combine all ingredients except for the graham crackers in your Ninja CREAMi pint container & freeze. This should take about 3-4 hours to be completely solid.
Take it out of the freezer and allow it to sit out on the counter for 15-20 minutes so that it blends nicely.
Blend the ice cream in your Ninja CREAMi using the lite ice cream setting.
Make a divot in the middle of the ice cream. Add the graham crackers and then select the "mix in" setting.
Immediately dig in and enjoy!
