These Mini Lime Mousse Desserts are my favorite light and refreshing sweets! There is no added sugar and they are low carb! They have the perfect amount or tartness & sweetness.
You could also make this recipe, put it in a large bowl, and make it a dip with your favorite fruit! I think this would be such a fun, sweet, but healthier appetizer/snack option!
** This recipe makes approximately 3 cups of lime mousse. I divided mine into 8 servings, about 3/8 cup servings. Macros below are per serving.
You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 days. When you are ready to enjoy them again, just pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds or so. You can also keep these out on the counter in a cool, dry place.

In a small mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with a handheld mixer until stiff peaks develop. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, lime juice, sugar free whipped cream, and lime zest together until creamy. Gently blend the heavy whipping cream in.
Divide into 8 dessert cups and enjoy!
