You can store leftovers covered in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. They are best served cool. They really won't go bad for a very long time, but they don't last long in my fridge cause they are so good hehe.

Soak the dates in a bowl of hot water for ten minutes. This will soften them up & easier to blend in the food processor. Drain the dates & pat dry.
In a food processor, combine the dates, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Pulse until fully incorporated.
Spread the filling into a small rectangular or square dish, such as a loaf pan.
Freeze for 3-4 hours to get really firm and solid. This is very important or they will be too sticky to work with.
Cut the filling into 15 squares. Melt chocolate and dip each square in the chocolate. Top with sea salt if desired. Chill in fridge until chocolate is firm & enjoy!
