What You Will Need

  • Almond Butter - 1 1/2 cups of smooth almond butter. For this recipe, I used the crunchy almond butter by Prozis. Use the code code KATIE10 for 10% off!
  • Eggs - 2 large eggs.
  • Almond Flour - 2 tablespoons of almond flour. This helps with the texture! You can also use protein powder.
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon.
  • Maple Syrup - 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup. I use the brand Lakanto because it is sweetened with monk fruit,
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon.
