These Banana Oat Muffins are only 80 calories each, have no added sugar, and are weight watcher friendly! They are sweet, moist, and feel like comfort food, except you don't have all that guilt after enjoying one! They are super low in fat too! These are great as a dessert or for breakfast! This recipe makes 18 muffins to last you throughout the whole week to enjoy. I hope you give this recipe a try and love them as much as I do!
As you probably know already, I use this Oats Instant powder by Prozis in almost all of my baking recipes. It's pretty much the same as oat flour, but just more ground up and rises faster & a little bit more. If you want to try them, you can use the code KATIE10 and get 10% off your entire order with them. You will not regret it! If you like the sound of this recipe, be sure to try my Greek Yogurt Banana Coffee Cake!
You can store your leftovers in an air tight container or covered with plastic wrap in the muffin tin for up to 6 days. When you are ready to enjoy a muffin again, just pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds or so!

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a standard sized muffin pan with liners or spray with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, mix together the mashed banana, Greek yogurt, applesauce, vanilla extract, and eggs.
Add the flour, swerve, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix until just combined. Don’t over mix!
Pour the batter into your muffin tin (I was able to make 18 muffins so you will have extra batter to make a few more!). Top with a little bit of brown sugar substitute, such as Swerve if desired.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are browned and a toothpick comes out clean. Store in an air right container in a cool, dry place for up to 5 days.
