Ingredients
  • 1 tortilla (of choice. I used the Rise & Puff organic tortillas. You can use the code COOKINGKATIELADY10 for a discount.)
  • 1 banana (medium, ripe)
  • 2 tbsp granola butter (or spread of choice. You can use the code COOKINGKATIE for 10% off at Oat Haus! You could also try my healthy nutella, or any nut butter you like!)
Instructions

    Spread granola/nut butter of choice over the entire tortilla.

    Add your banana to one side of the tortilla. Roll the tortilla up with the banana inside. Cut into sushi sized slices.

    Cook on a lightly buttered skillet, griddle for about 5 minutes or so over medium heat. You could also air fry these. Enjoy!!
