These Birthday Cake protein Balls are a quick, easy, & healthy protein snack that is dairy free & gluten free! This recipe makes 14 protein balls and each one has 6 grams of protein! Ingredients

  • 45g vanilla protein
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp organic maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • Pinch of salt

How To Make Them

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Roll out into 14 protein balls. Roll in sprinkles to be festive! Chill for at least 1 hour and enjoy.

How To Store Leftovers

This is a single serving recipe, but if you have leftovers, you can cover it, and store it in the fridge for a few days. Reheat in the microwave.

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (pure, organic)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • salt (pinch of salt)
