Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown and crisp. Carefully flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, gently pressing with a spatula, until the bread is golden and the Brie is fully melted.
6 Remove from the skillet, garnish with fresh basil, and repeat the process with the remaining bread, Brie, butter, and sauce.
7 Slice and serve immediately while warm and melty.
