This Chai Spiced Granola is packed with whole grains, nuts, and ALL the flavor! Plus, there is NO sugar! This recipe is fool-proof I promise. I love topping off my Greek yogurt parfaits with this granola. This recipe makes roughly 4 cups of granola. This is by far my favorite way to season my granola. Is season the right word to use? You know what I mean! To make the granola, I simply mixed together my go-to granola base, which includes oats, your choice of nuts, and coconut oil. Then I stirred in all of my chai spices and baked away!
I love making granola from scratch so that I know exactly what is going into it. Pre-packaged granola from your typical grocery store is packed with sugar, artificial flavors, and corn syrup. Yuck!
Store your leftover chai spiced granola in an airtight container or mason jars in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks. This granola most likely won't even last you that long though! I always snack on this granola when I have the munchies. It is a great snack!
I post all of my recipes on social media as well and you can stay up-to-date on what I am up to! Also, I love seeing people try my recipes! Preheat your oven to 300°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients until fully incorporated.
Spread into a thin, even layer on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
When the granola comes out, it will not be hardened yet, so WAIT until it has cooled!
After about 30 minutes, your granola should have cooled into harder chunks that need to be broken apart, to whichever size you prefer.
