They have a gooey cinnamon roll granola butter filling and are soaked in my famous protein French toast mixture. After they cook, I top them off with some cream cheese! You can keep your protein French toast in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days! To reheat them, just pop them in the microwave for about 15 seconds. They don't need much time to warm up at all. Just keep your syrup and cream cheese seperate.

Blend together the French toast batter ingredients. Set aside.
Remove the crust (makes it easier to roll) and spread the granola/nut butter evenly among each slice of bread.
Roll up each slice of bread.
Dip each roll in the batter and cook on a griddle over medium high heat.
Top with cream cheese, cinnamon, etc. Dip in your favorite syrup and enjoy!!
