  • 2 bell peppers (color of choice)
  • 1 yellow onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (organic, extra virgin)
  • 2 cups marinara (organic, plain)

How To Make It

  1. Simply combine the steak, veggies, marinara, beef broth, and seasoning in the crockpot. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
  2. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours. Serve over rice, in a tortillas with your favorite fajita toppings, or in a lettuce wrap for a low carb option.

Note

Slow cookers can vary a LOT, and it's easy to overcook tenderloin. Check your tenderloin every now and then towards the end. If it's not quite ready, simply put the lid back on and test every 5-10 minutes if it's close (145°F-150°F). 160°F is well done.
