What You Will Need

  • Banana - 1 large banana or 2 small.
  • Chocolate - 1/2 cup (100g) sugar free dark chocolate chips - Lily's or Hu Chocolate are my recommended healthier options.
  • Rice Crisps - 2/3 cup - I used the One Degree Organics Rice Crisps
  • Coconut Oil - 1/2 tsp., organic

How To Make Them

  1. Slice your banana into 16 pieces.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in the microwave.
  3. Mix the rice crisps into your melted dark chocolate & and coat each banana slice. Freeze 15 min and enjoy!

How To Store Them

Store your leftovers in an air tight container in the freezer. Let sit out a few min before digging in for the banana to soften a little!

    For the Crust
  • 1 banana (large, or 2 small)
  • 2/3 cup rice crisps (I use One Degree Organics)
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil (I get the brand Prozis - Code KATIE10 for 10% off.)
  • 100 g dark chocolate chips (sugar free - I like Lily's or Hu)
Instructions
