Ingredients
  • 4 cup green grapes (washed & dried)
  • 0.75 oz electrolyte mix (flavor of choice, I used raspberry)
  • 1-2 lime (juiced, enough to coat grapes)
Instructions
  1. 1
In a large bowl, combine the grapes and lime juice.
  2. 2
Toss until all of the grapes are evenly coated. If there is excess liquid in the bowl, pour it off.
  3. 3
Sprinkle 2 electrolyte packets over the grapes and gently toss until evenly coated. Line a large baking sheet or tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  4. 4
Spread the grapes into a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. 5
Sprinkle the remaining electrolyte packet evenly over the grapes.
  6. 6
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze until the grapes are firm, about 2–3 hours.
  7. 7
Enjoy immediately or transfer the grapes to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
