These Flourless French Toast Sticks are my number one favorite kind of French toast sticks hands down! They are super easy to make, low carb, and packed with protein! They are baked in the oven, require minimal ingredients, and turn out so incredibly fluffy.
These are also great because they can be prepared ahead of time and you can just pop them in the microwave in the morning. I hope you give this recipe a try and love them as much as I do!
You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. When you are ready to enjoy them again, just pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds or so. You can most certainly freeze these as well!
