Ingredients
- Eggs- 4 large eggs.

- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

How To Make Them
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a standard sized loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until creamy.
- Pour into your prepared loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from pan when safe to touch. Slice into 8 evenly sized French toast sticks.
- Heat up a skillet with a little bit of butter and sear the French toast sticks on all sides.
- Serve with sugar free syrup and enjoy!
How To Store Leftovers
You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. When you are ready to enjoy them again, just pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds or so. You can most certainly freeze these as well!
