Prepare the turkey burgers. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, diced onion, diced jalapeño, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, and sea salt. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat. Divide into 5 equal patties.
4 Grill the burgers. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If using pepper jack cheese, place a slice on each burger during the final 2 minutes of cooking so it melts perfectly.
5 Assemble. Toast your Eat Royo Low Carb Burger Buns if desired. Spread a generous layer of avocado crema on the bun, add the turkey burger, pile on the grilled corn salsa, and serve immediately.
