Ingredients
  • 3 lbs beef roast (tri-tip works great)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (large, sliced, or 1 small)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 4 cups beef bone broth (organic; I use Kettle and Fire - discount code COOKINGKATIELADY)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos (organic)
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar (organic)
  • 8 tsp French onion soup seasoning mix (try my homemade mix!)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • For Serving:
  • Buns of choice (I used my homemade sourdough ciabatta)
  • Provolone cheese
