This High Protein Greek Yogurt Pizza Crust is a healthier way to still enjoy a delicious pizza and get WAY more protein in! It is made with all organic ingredients, so it is light on your stomach and does not require any yeast/rising time. You can also easily make it gluten free if you need to. There are 21 grams of protein in just half the pizza crust! I use string cheese to make a cheesy outer crust and oh my lord it is SO good. You probably already have all of the ingredients at home! If you love this recipe, be sure to try my Greek Chicken Pizzas as well.
I made a BBQ chicken flavored pizza with my Trifecta precooked shredded chicken from my meal prep plan! Their meal prep plan is SO cool you guys and saves me SO much time. All of their protein is organic & grass fed too! If you are interested in Trifecta, click here to sign up. Signing up through my link will be greatly appreciated! They usually have a first timer discount of 50% on your first order too!
You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. I like to reheat mine in the oven or air fryer to keep that crispy crust!
I post all my recipes on social media as well and you can stay up to date on what I am up to! Also, I love seeing people try my recipes! When make these, snap a picture, and share it to your socials. Tag @cookingkatielady and #cookingkatielady so I can admire your masterpiece and share with others!
