Health Benefits

  • High Protein - You can easily make your pizza have 60+ grams of protein depending on the toppings you choose. I mean, just 1/2 the crust has 21 grams of protein!!
  • Can Make Gluten Free - You can easily substitute the regular all purpose flour for gluten free four if you need to and it will turn out the same!
  • Vegetarian Friendly - The crust is vegetarian friendly. If you are vegan, you can omit the cheese or substitute for a vegan friendly substitute.
  • No Preservatives - Homemade is better for that single reason!!!
  • Less Fat - This pizza crust has WAY less fat than one you would buy anywhere. Also, you can control which types of fats go into your pizza. Stay away from those inflammatory oils such as vegetable oil & canola!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt 🧂

  • 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 1/2 pieces mozzarella string cheese 🧀

How To Store Leftovers

You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. I like to reheat mine in the oven or air fryer to keep that crispy crust!
