These are stuffed with low fat cream cheese and will just melt in your mouth and put you in food heaven! These bagel bites only have 2 grams of net carbs each with 9 grams of protein! Dan-O's is all about giving you that strong, bold flavor without all the salt and crazy additives. You can get so much more flavor with their seasoning. Ingredients

  • Mozzarella - 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Cream Cheese - 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) of low fat cream cheese, softened plus 2 teaspoons for the filling.
  • Egg - 1 large egg.
  • Almond Flour - 1 cup of almond flour. I used the Prozis Organic Almond Flour. You can use the code “KATIE10” for 10% off their site!
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning - 1 tablespoon of Dan-O's Everything Bagel Seasoning - Code COOKINGKATIE for 10% off!

How To Make Them

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese and 1 ounce of low-fat cream cheese in the microwave in 2 30-second increments.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted cheese, almond flour, egg, baking powder, and Dan-O‘s Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  4. Form eight evenly sized circles on your baking sheet.
  5. Place 1/4 teaspoon of low-fat cream cheese in the center of every one of your bagel bites. Pinch the tops close and roll into a ball so that the cream cheese is in the middle of the bites.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes and enjoy!

How To Store Leftovers

You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When you are ready to enjoy them again, just pop them in the microwave for a 30 seconds or so!

  • cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
