Mix together the blended cottage cheese and pudding mix in a Ninja Creami container. Freeze for about 4 hours or until frozen.
Use the light ice cream function on your Ninja Creami . Allow the Creami do do it's work!
Add in the caramel sauce and then select the mix in feature on your Ninja Creami .
Immediately dig in and enjoy! I like to top mine with a little bit sea salt 😊
