This salted caramel protein ice cream only requires 3 simple ingredients and is low calorie & high protein! The Ninja Creami makes making ice cream the easiest thing ever. I keep this ice cream sugar free by using the Simply Delish Salted Caramel Keto & Sugar Free Pudding Mix. This flavor just launched and I can not get enough of it!! My secret to keeping it low calorie and high protein is cottage cheese. What can’t cottage cheese do y’all? To make this recipe, you will need to have some of my healthy date caramel on hand too.
