I’m a Florida-based foodie (originally from California), recipe creator, and health enthusiast living in the sunny Panhandle with my wonderful husband, our sweet daughter, and our three adorable kitties. Outside of the kitchen, I have a huge passion for fitness, fashion, photography, and traveling.
Cooking has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, food was more than just nourishment—it was a way to show love, celebrate traditions, and connect with family. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve developed a passion for creating healthier versions of the dishes I’ve always loved. Whether it’s reinventing classic desserts or putting a nourishing twist on weeknight meals, I’m all about making food that fuels both body and soul without sacrificing flavor.
Even though I am a business major, I took many cooking courses while I was in school because I love it so much! I have also taken multiple cooking classes all over Europe.
I started to gain a large passion for health and fitness back when I was in high school. I fell in love with weight lifting because it made me feel so strong, healthy, and boosted my self-confidence. Before weight lifting, I always struggled with looking very slim with no muscle. I always felt sick, weak, and insecure so I decided it was time to make a change
Weight lifting & changing my diet have truly changed my life, and not just by my physical appearance! I have a form of epilepsy and have always suffered from having seizure. Since I changed my lifestyle, I have only had 2 seizures and those were due to non health related events. You will be shocked at how creating a new lifestyle and daily routine will impact your life.
My Mission
My goal is to share my story with the world and my personal recipes that I have created that help keep me in a healthy routine. I create a wide variety of recipes for different diets because I know everyone is different and has different goals. Some people are on a low carb/keto diet so I have created a series of low carb recipes. Some people on the other hand are not as concerned with the carbs. They are more concerned with their daily calorie intake and are focusing on being in a caloric deficit so I have a series of awesome low calorie recipes that actually taste good!! I also have many high protein recipes for those who want to build that muscle! I personally cycle through these diets depending on what my current fitness goals are and I am sure many of you do the same!
Seeing the impact that my recipes have made on my followers have made my heart so happy! My mission is to continue to create awesome healthier alternative recipes to help you reach your goals and maintain a healthy eating lifestyle, which in turn, impacts more than you could ever imagine. Being able to do what I love and make a strong impact on others has been a dream come true.
I know how important it is to find meals that work for real-life schedules. I am a full-time working mama and I know how crazy life gets. That’s why I’m always striving to create recipes that are not only delicious but also practical for everyday life. My goal is to help you nourish yourself and your family with food that feels good and tastes amazing, without all the stress.
I do throw in a few “special treat” recipes here and there hehe, well, because…balance is key!!
