What You Will Need

  • Dates – 9 ounces of pitted medjool dates (about 16).
  • Maple Syrup – 1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup, or any liquid sweetener you prefer. I use Lakanto sugar free maple syrup because it is low calorie and naturally sweetened with monk fruit.
  • Coconut Oil – 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil.
  • Almond Milk – 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or whichever milk you prefer!)
  • Sea Salt – For topping, optional.
