This is a great recipe for when you need to use up those strawberries that are about to go bad! This recipe required very simple ingredients that you most likely have at home already and only take 10 minutes to prepare.
Store your Strawberry Protein Cake Bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also keep them in the original baking dish and cover that with plastic wrap in your fridge.
These are honestly amazing both ways. Personally, I like them cold/room temperature!

Satisfy your strawberry cake craving with these low calorie, Strawberry Protein Cake Bars! These are super light & fluffy and are topped with a strawberry cream cheese frosting. There is no added sugar and each slice is only 114 calories with 9 grams of protein!
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray an 11x7 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk your flour, protein powder, salt, and baking soda.
Add in your eggs, Greek yogurt, puréed strawberries, and vanilla extract. Mix well until there are no more lumps.
Pour your cake batter into your prepared baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
While the cake is baking, make your frosting by blending the cream cheese, protein powder, and sugar free strawberry jell mix with a handheld mixer. Set aside in the fridge until you are ready to frost your cake.
Frost your cake once the strawberry cake has had enough time to cool off so the frosting does not melt.
Top with fresh strawberries if desired and enjoy!
