I know this may seem silly to talk about, but you'd be surprised by the amount of questions I got on how exactly I got my jel to be at an angle! I literally just leaned my glasses with the jell up against objects in my fridge haha! When I made these again, I took a picture to show:

Make the sugar free strawberry jell according to package directions.
Divide the jell evenly among 4 dessert or wine glasses. Place in the refrigerator.
Prepare your sugar free strawberry pudding mix by combining the mix with the almond milk in a small mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for 4 minutes, or until you have a pudding consistency.
Gently fold in your sugar free cool whip until it is fully incorporated into the pudding. Be careful to not overmix.
Divide the pudding mixture evenly among the four parfait glasses with the jell.
Refrigerate the strawberry parfaits for another 30 minutes, or until the jell is completely cooled.
Top with fresh strawberries if desired and enjoy!
