This 4 Ingredient Watermelon Sorbet will blow your mind! It is my favorite cold & refreshing dessert to have in the Summer! It can be made in just 5 minutes and you probably have all of the ingredients on hand already. This is a great dessert if you are looking for something low calorie but high volume. Ingredients

  • Frozen watermelon
  • Lime juice
  • Maple syrup
  • Sea salt, to taste

I am not putting exact measurements here just because you really have to make it to taste! Everyone likes different sweetness & tanginess! I did roughly 3 cups watermelon, juice of 1 lime, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, and a pinch of salt for 2 servings worth.

How To Make It

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender (I used my nutribullet) until you have that shaved ice consistency.
  2. Immediately dig in and enjoy!

How To Store Leftovers

You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Allow it to defrost for 10 minutes or so before you enjoy again! I find that it is best fresh out of the blender though!
