This 4 Ingredient Watermelon Sorbet will blow your mind! It is my favorite cold & refreshing dessert to have in the Summer! It can be made in just 5 minutes and you probably have all of the ingredients on hand already. This is a great dessert if you are looking for something low calorie but high volume. I am not putting exact measurements here just because you really have to make it to taste! Everyone likes different sweetness & tanginess! I did roughly 3 cups watermelon, juice of 1 lime, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, and a pinch of salt for 2 servings worth.

Blend all ingredients in a blender (I used my nutribullet) until you have that shaved ice consistency.
