Ingredients
2 cups organic, all-purpose flour (or gluten free if needed)

Sesame Seed
Cheese - Just grate some cheese on top!
Cinnamon Sugar
Cinnamon Raisin - Mix this into your dough!
Blueberry - Mix some into your dough!
Chocolate Chip - Mix some chocolate chips into your dough.
How To Make Them
In a bowl, add the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Next, add in the Greek yogurt, stir with a rubber spatula until mostly combined. Then use your hands to fully incorporate it completely and knead it a few times. Shape dough into a ball and flip onto a floured surface.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each piece into a rope and pinch edges together to make a bagel shape. Brush with an egg wash and sprinkle on your desired toppings.
You can store your leftovers in an air tight container on the counter for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 1 week. You can also freeze these well wrapped for up to 6 months.

1tbsp baking powder
1tsp salt
Instructions
MIX YOUR DOUGH
