These 5 Ingredient Air Fryer Protein Bagels are going to blow your mind. They are so ridiculously quick and easy to make. You do not need any yeast either. You probably already have all of the ingredients on hand as well. They are low calorie and have 12 grams of protein each. The topping & flavor options are endless! Ingredients

  • 2 cups organic, all-purpose flour (or gluten free if needed)
  • 15-30g unflavored protein powder – Code KATIE10 for 10% off my favorite unflavored protein powder by Prozis.
  • 2 cups of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Egg wash + toppings/fillings of choice

Bagel Topping Ideas

You can make sooo many different flavors with these or even mix in ingredients to the dough. Here are a few ideas:

  • Sesame Seed
  • Cheese – Just grate some cheese on top!
  • Cinnamon Sugar
  • Cinnamon Raisin – Mix this into your dough!
  • Blueberry – Mix some into your dough!
  • Chocolate Chip – Mix some chocolate chips into your dough.

How To Make Them

  1. In a bowl, add the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.
  2. Next, add in the Greek yogurt, stir with a rubber spatula until mostly combined. Then use your hands to fully incorporate it completely and knead it a few times. Shape dough into a ball and flip onto a floured surface.
  3. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each piece into a rope and pinch edges together to make a bagel shape. Brush with an egg wash and sprinkle on your desired toppings.
  4. Air fry bagels for 12 minutes at 350F.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
