This air fryer gnocchi is SO dang good! You only need 4 ingredients and it comes together in the air fryer in no time! It is such a fun side dish, appetizer, or snack! You can use any gnocchi and and truffle to it, or you can get my favorite already pre seasoned truffle gnocchi by 17.5 oz. truffle gnocchi - I used the brand Prozis. Another great universal side dish is my The BEST Classic Homemade Hummus.
You can store your leftovers in an air tight container on the counter for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 1 week. You can also freeze these well wrapped for up to 6 months.

Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F.
Combine all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Mix until gnocchi is evenly coated.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes. Serve with marinara or your favorite sauce if desired. Enjoy!
