Ingredients
2cup almond flour (Organic - Use the code KATIE10 for 10% off Prozis almond flour)
6tbsp butter (grass fed salted butter)
1/4cup monk fruit (Code COOKINGKATIE15 for 15% off Lakanto monk fruit sweeteners)
Cream together butter butter, monk fruit, and vanilla extract.
Add in the remaining dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
Form 14 cookies. Use a fun Christmas cookie cutters like these if desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
