Ingredients

3 bananas (ripe, mashed)
1 1/4 cup oats (organic rolled old fashioned oats)
1/4 cup almond buter
60 g protein powder (I use Prozis - Code KATIE10 for a discount)
115 g dark chocolate chips (sugar free - I used Lily's)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9 dish with parchment paper.

Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour the mixture into pan & smooth it out on top.

Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool for 10 before slicing.
