These Banana Almond Butter Protein Oat Bars are a minimal ingredient, low calorie, and high protein treat. They are the perfect little energy bites! What You Will Need

  • 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup almond butter – I use the brand Prozis.
  • 60g protein powder – I use the brand Prozis.
  • 115 grams sugar free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cup organic rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How To Make Them

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9 dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the mixture into pan & smooth it out on top.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool for 10 before slicing.

How To Store Them

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week. Zap them in the microwave for 15 seconds or so for warm, ooey gooey energy bars!
