This may seem like a basic recipe but I promise this homemade bruschetta is anything but basic. It is so easy to make and way better than store bought bruschetta because there are no nasty preservatives! I am about to go to Italy and I have just been in the Italian mood after watching so many videos!! The macros below are for the entire recipe so divide the servings up as you please! Bruschetta is not only great on bread, but salads too! This is a great dish to bring to a pot luck or any sort of gathering as an appetizer. I can assure you that there will be no leftovers if you make this! Be sure to try my Healthier "Gone in 60 Seconds" Dip as well!
Store this dip in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Keep separate from your bread of course!
