They are super refreshing for those warmer months, but they are also very delicious and can be decorated super cute for holiday gatherings. You can store leftovers in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. These are so good I guarantee you won't have these for very long though haha!

These Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Truffles are an awesome appetizer/snack! Each truffle is full of creamy coat cheese, cream cheese, cranberry, chopped pecans, and topped with a sweet honey drizzle. Serve these with small pieces of bread, crackers, or veggies!
Blend together the cream cheese, goat cheese, and honey with a hand mixer until fully incorporated.
Fold in the chopped pecans and dried cranberries with a rubber spatula.
Use a cookie scoop to evenly scoop out 18 truffles. You can also just put it all in a bowl as a large dip.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with your favorite crackers or veggies and enjoy!
