In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and all of the spices. Reserve 1/3 cup of the marinade for later.
Add the chicken breasts to your remaining marinade. Cover and place into the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 4 hours. The longer it marinates, the better!
Heat a nonstick grilling pan (mine is by Anolon) or grill over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Place the chicken into the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Sear each side by pressing down on the breasts slightly until the breasts are golden brown.
Pour your reserved marinade over your chicken breasts. Top with the feta cheese, cilantro, lemon wedges, and anything else you would like!
You can store your leftover chicken in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. When you are ready to enjoy your leftovers, just pop them in the microwave for a minute or so.
My favorite storage containers are by the brand Razab. I do giveaways with them and truly love their products so much. All of their containers are BPA free, oven safe, freezer safe, dishwasher save, and have steam release valves! You can find them on Amazon here.
