These Cinnamon Apple Spiced Baked Donuts are such an easy, sweet, and gluten free breakfast. This recipe makes 6 donuts. They are low calorie and have no added sugar as well!
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a standard sized donut pan with nonstick spray.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, applesauce, syrup, and coconut oil. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Divide the batter among your 6 donut molds. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
