What You Will Need

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
  • 1/8 cup melted organic coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How To Make Them

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a standard sized donut pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, applesauce, syrup, and coconut oil. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Divide the batter among your 6 donut molds. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
