Cottage Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Cottage Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies are such a great low calorie, high protein treat! I was very skeptible to try these when I saw them floating around on the internet I will admit. I made a few tweaks to them (so glad I did) and they turned out so good! Each cookie has 7 grams of protein, which is such a win! 1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese with the remaining ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips.

👉Be sure to leave enough room between the cookies on your pan because they do spread out quite a bit! Chilling the dough before baking is essential too!!
